TE Pastor Jeremy Whipkey

I am thankful to God for so many blessings.  I can still remember the day, back in August of 1996, when God called me out of my life of darkness and gave me hope through His Son Jesus Christ.  My life has not been the same since and I am forever grateful.  After growing in my faith for a few years, I felt God’s call to the ministry within His Church. So while working as a CNC Programmer/Supervisor and raising my family along with my wonderful wife, I went to seminary part-time pursuing God’s call in my life. It was a wonderful and at times difficult journey trying to balance my relationship with God, my wife, my kids, and my career.  However, God was faithful and used it all to mold and shape me for ministry. I have had the wonderful privilege of being the Associate Pastor at New Life Presbyterian Church for many years and now God has brought me to Presbyterian Church of Pitcairn to be their Senior Pastor in 2017.

I love Jesus my King and I am thankful to Him for everything. His grace is so much greater than all my sin. I love and enjoy my wife and kids. They have shown me a lot of what it means to love.  Some other things I enjoy are hiking in the woods, hunting, fishing, listening to music, and playing soccer.  I am thankful to be a part of God’s story of redemption and bringing hope to this world.
